We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has entered processing, been prepared for shipment, or been transferred to a shipping carrier.

Approved refunds will be issued according to the original payment method and may require additional processing time from the payment provider.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Deliveries may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, high order volume, regional service limitations, or events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and may arrive on different dates.

When an order cannot be shipped within the stated or reasonably expected period, we may contact the customer regarding a revised delivery estimate, cancellation, or refund, as required by applicable law.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, damaged products, missing items, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Returned products must meet the eligibility, condition, and return-window requirements stated in that policy.

Products that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, improperly assembled, or returned without original components may not qualify for a full refund unless the issue resulted from a verified product defect or fulfillment error.

Personalized and Final-Sale Products

Personalized, customized, made-to-order, clearance, or final-sale products may have different return and cancellation conditions.

These products may not be eligible for cancellation or return after preparation has started, except when they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the order.
