This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through our website are processed and delivered by Arksou LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Shipping Area

We currently ship orders within the United States only.

Orders placed with a shipping address outside our supported delivery area may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Products We Ship

Arksou LLC primarily offers children’s developmental and educational toys.

Shipping and packaging requirements may vary depending on the product’s size, weight, materials, and design.

Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

Processing may include order verification, product inspection, packaging, and shipping label preparation. Additional processing time may be required during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Carriers and Delivery

We work with shipping providers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other logistics partners.

The carrier selected for an order may depend on the delivery address, package size, weight, and available shipping services.

Estimated delivery times may be displayed at checkout where available. Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Free standard shipping is available on orders totaling $68.00 or more after discounts are applied.

Additional charges may apply to oversized, heavy, or specially packaged items. Any applicable charges will be displayed before checkout is completed.

Packaging

We inspect and package each order carefully before shipment.

Protective wrapping, cushioning materials, product boxes, or sturdy shipping cartons may be used to help reduce the risk of damage during transit.

Soft or fabric products may be temporarily compressed during shipping and should return to their normal shape after being removed from the packaging.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please allow some time for the carrier’s system to update after the package has been collected.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment, suite, or unit number.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

We are not responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If an order is returned because of an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply before the package is resent.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide:

Your order number
Clear photos of the outer packaging
Clear photos of the affected product
A brief description of the issue

Please keep the product and original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

If a package appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us with your order number and tracking information. We will review the shipment and assist with contacting the carrier where possible.

After review, an eligible replacement or refund may be provided according to our Refund & Return Policy.

Product Safety

Please review the age recommendation, safety information, assembly instructions, and adult-supervision guidance shown on the product page or packaging before use.

Do not allow a child to use a product that is damaged, incomplete, improperly assembled, or has loose parts.

Remove all packaging materials before use and keep packaging away from children.
